Ainsley Harriot Spice Sensation Cous Cous

Gorgeous taste of coriander!

Pleasant citrus-y aftertaste, very similar to chicken tikka, only without the chicken! Wonderful Indian flavours.

Tasty garlic complements the spices. Pleasant cous cous texture. The instructions indicated that I could also add a nob of butter or some olive oil for extra richness; this isn’t required. It’s plenty rich enough already.

The small carrot pieces are crunchy- not bad at all, but if I were to be nitpicky, they haven’t got the nicest texture.

I’m an average height, healthy 19 year old, and didn’t think this would be substantial enough. Though cous cous alone always seems to lack some meat, this was definitely filling and any more than was given would be too much.
