Can be eaten cold, but obviously I’m going to follow the directions and microwave it 🔥
19.5% Quorn pieces.
Quite bland. The Quorn pieces don’t taste of much – and I usually think they taste great and work as a fantastic substitute for chicken in stir fries. In microwave form, they’re slightly mushy and they seem very underseasoned.
They’re mixed into grains which sit in a forgettable tomato sauce.
2 stars seem reasonable, given that it’s actually quite a healthy meal. If it were not, it would be 1*. But healthiness doesn’t forgive blandness and price.
