This pasty is filled with BBQ flavour pork, which is delicious and succulent. Plenty of filling for my £1. Recommended oven bake, but microwave was ok – bit soggy.

As you can see, very much on the oily side. Tasted nice enough though, and with a hint more smokiness than a chicken tikka masala would have had. The container is reusable as well as recyclable – you can store your leftovers in it with the resealable lid. Handy! Would have again.

Nice and meaty chicken. Toasted bun is wonderful. Mayo gives it a good creaminess. Got it on offer – £1.05. Can’t go far wrong!
Seriously impressive that this is under 300 calories. Portion size looks about the same as any microwave meal and it looks pretty tasty! Only 3 pieces of chicken, though they’re big chunks. 1 of your five a day- that’s good. The sauce has quite a kick to it. And the rice isn’t particularly “fragrant”. Meh.

Chewy, hard base. 2 rashers of slightly flabby bacon. 1 sachet of ketchup. Easy and cheap. The bread is the real let-down here. 3*
Decent amount of chicken, but not overwhelming. Reasonably tender but I’ve had better. Quite oily, and a little on the expensive side. Tastes good and authentic, but a little overpriced for what it is.
