At first sight, this looks promising, and looks as though it really could be the fish and chip shop experience from the comfort of one’s own home. 1 of your 5 a day- a good start! Creamy, tasty sauce, lots of parsley. Sweet carrots, flavoursome peas and nice, soft potatoes. The salmon fillet is a little on the small side, but is bone-free and has a strong salmon flavour. £2, Iceland. A pleasantly healthy meal!

Tasty, nice Thai flavours, goes well with Sainsbury’s own Thai Rice. 40 seconds only makes it lukewarm, so ignore the microwave instructions and pop it in for a bit longer. Overpriced for the amount you get, so loses marks there.
