Tesco Chicken and Asparagus Risotto

Nice, simple instructions – 4 minutes in the microwave.

Two things stand out for me: there’s quite a strong flavour of parsley (not a bad thing), and there’s plenty of chicken.

Not sure if this is one of your five a day, but it feels healthy, and is 11% asparagus, with peas and other goodness packed into a 341 kcal meal.

RRP is £2.65, which is a fair price for something of this standard. Pleased!
