Tesco Chicken, Garlic & Wine Pasta

This was a real pain to cook- need to add milk, boiling water, and optional butter. Then it needed microwaving, which led to an explosion and about 15 minutes cleaning up the mess. So much for fast food!

Nice taste of parsley and fairly creamy sauce. The tiny pieces of chicken, as opposed to just chicken flavoured powder, are a lovely surprise. They have an authentic chicken taste and a chewy texture and have the same muscle fibre composition as regular chicken, so I can only assume that it’s the real deal!

The chicken pieces are, however, few and far between. The sauce is also spread far too thinly across the pasta, making this quite a bland and stodgy dish.
