Tesco Lincolnshire Sausage Casserole

Quite a sweet, thick sauce- a bit like drinking gravy.

Very simple microwave instructions.

Tasty. Strong sausage flavour in the sauce.

The sausage itself is a bit of a letdown- soft, less flavoursome than the sauce surrounding it. Though its softness makes eating this dish with a spoon nice and easy. The sausage meat is not unlike some tinned meatballs.

First impressions weren’t good, but as I ate more and more the food became strangely addictive. Very tasty.
