The whole dish is very dry. Thoughtless use of cabbage, which is tough and chewy and does not compliment the meal well. There is a fair quantity of chicken, and the rich, nutty sauce is tasty, even if it mostly evaporates during the cooking process. Expensive for what you get.
A surprisingly tomato-y sauce. The beans are too tough, and, coming from a coriander fan, the coriander seems an almost incongruous thing to be added to the meal. Generous quantity of pork. Something a bit different to the masses of chicken tikka massalla and sweet and sour chicken.
